Looking for the ideal Christmas stocking filler? Look no further!
"How to Train Your Human" is a new book, described by book reviewer Judy Mackie as “a hilarious guide”, and within its pages Anna provides sound advice to her fellow canines on how to train their owners to sit, stay, walk, fetch, beg and even dress while finding time to include dog recipes (courtesy of Bernie), debate the wisdom of having children, teach dogs how to wind up their owners and provide advice on training Dog Sitters.
A degree of sanity is brought to the proceedings by co-author Mike Gibb who recounts several remarkable stories from the Bianca shelter for abused and abandoned animals in Sesimbra, Portugal while Pop Idol winner and journalist/ TV presenter Michelle McManus has provided a touching foreword.
And all this for a mere £5/ 6 Euros/ $8 with all proceeds going to the Scottish charity Friends of Bianca. Books will also come signed and with your own personal dedication added.
This month also sees the publication of the Friends of Bianca 2014 calendar and Christmas cards. The calendars tells, in pictures and text, amazing stories of a number of the hundreds of dogs and cats that have been cared for by Bianca in the last year while the Christmas Cards boast a wonderful photo of Jim (see below), an abandoned pup now enjoying life in a caring home in Holland.
The calendars cost £5/ 6 Euros/ $8 and the cards £2.50/ 3 Euros/ $4 per pack of 6.
We are happy to ship anywhere in the world and mailing costs will reduce substantially with multiple orders. Email info@friendsofbianca.com with details of your requirements and we will happily provide a total cost inclusive of mailing charges.
And remember, every penny spent goes directly to the rescue and care of animals in need.
